●What payment methods does Hown - store accept?

We accept PayPal and all major CC via PayPal.

Making purchases on Hown - store is not only easy, but also safe!

Pay via PayPal, you can pay with your credit card (ALL CC) if you have no a PayPal account. 

With a PayPal account, you're eligible for free return shipping, Purchase Protection, and more.


●How much charge for the shipping?

Shipping fee: for all products flat shipping rate  $2.99, additional products $1.00 each.


●How much time is needed for the dispatch and delivery of my item?

Dispatch 1-3 days, delivery 12-15 days, average delivery time

All items will be shipped directly to you from our warehouses within 1-3 business days, we provide the tracking number for each of them. 

For the USA most items are delivered within 2-6 business days, however, please allow 12-15 business days.

For the EU countries the items are delivered within 8-15 business days, however, please allow 15-18 business days.

For international, it usually takes 12-15 working days, however, please allow 15-29 business days,


●When will my order be shipped?

We provide a tracking number for your order.


●Will my goods be sent together or separately?

The goods may be stored in different warehouses, which are located in different parts of the country.


●I received a poor quality product! What should I do?

If you received a defective, non-functioning, low-quality product or if the product you received was damaged during the shipping process, please contact our Customer Support team! We will analyze the situation and decide on a partial or full refund.

IMPORTANT: Quality claims are accepted within 30 days after you receive the goods.

IMPORTANT: Our Customer Support agent may ask you to provide additional evidence, such as photos mpn , upc or videos.


●Can my refund request be denied?

Yes, if:

more than 30 days have passed since the goods were delivered;

the quality of the goods corresponds to the description provided by the seller

The defect of the goods cannot be identified on the provided photos / videos

video or photo evidence provided is modified, retouched or otherwise falsified.


●When will I get my money back?

The money will be returned to the account from which you paid, within 7-14 days. 

This is due to card processors and banks having variable processing times for transactions - on our side the cancellation happens immediately. 

If you do not see the money due to you for a refund after 14 days have passed, please let us know and we will figure out what happened
